In 2014 American Legion Post 67 was funded under a VA Highly Rural Transportation Grant. This grant enabled the Post to provide transportation services to VA or VA referred medical appointments for Veterans living on the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation and Hill County.
In 2016 the Post expanded its service area and now provides services to Veterans living in the counties of Chouteau and Blaine, as well as the Ft. Belknap Indian Reservation.
